To make distributions to veterans wounded in the line of duty, families or children of veterans wounded or killed in the line of duty, first responder personnel such as law enforcement, firefighter and paramedic personnel and children of law enforcement, firefighter and paramedic personnel that are wounded in the line of duty, and families and children of law enforcement personnel, firefighter or that are wounded or killed in the line of duty.
